The Future in Color is building a future where opportunity knows no racial boundaries.

We are a consortium dedicated to building an inclusive and equitable economic ecosystem centered around the Black GDP. We seek to accelerate wealth creation among African Americans and people across the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, people of color) diaspora and cut America's racial wealth gap in half. 
 

The Future In Color is a social economic think + action tank and global movement working to engage governments, corporations and communities to collectively design an economic ecosystem that is centered on the principles of equity, innovation, and ownership.
 

Our mission is to harness the power of the global Black community to accelerate wealth creation and close the 228-year wealth gap by 2045, ensuring that no one is left behind in the future of work and industry 4.0.
